    I was recommended; via my builder, to use the TV wall brackets web-site to order a wall TV bracket. The parcel arrived very speedily however the box was damaged and consequently the edge of one of the brackets too! Once I sent the pictures and requested a replacement part I was dealt with very speedily by the company who chose to replace the whole bracket by return. I purchased a second bracket for another room which was out of stock but once I explained that my builder was on site in a couple of days a speedy delivery was made in time.
    Well done for your customer service and I am very pleased with the service. I also liked to on-line chat room help when purchasing, so I could buy the correct bracket for my TV's
